Doug Upstone is the man behind 3DailyWinners.com blog. Doug writes for various sports wagering websites and publications and started working with numbers and formulas many moons ago. Doug's expertise is breaking down games into simple math models and his style is self-described "like grandma's recipe, impossible to duplicate". Doug has several Top 5 finishes in several sports, including being the best at Free Sports Monitor in the NFL and CFB in recent years. Doug has several "sharp" contacts, including Paul Buck, who had worked as a runner for various gambling syndicates, learning from numerous big hitters. He's parlayed this experience into a successful wagering career, learning the ins and outs about the best ways to win at sports wagering. His philosophy and Doug's are simple and similar. Grind away to find winners, not looking to play exclusively underdogs or favorites. If the situation dictates a certain side, that’s what he plays. He goes through exhaustive 25-point process on each game, which is his method to rate his plays. Expect this combination to help you win betting sports and increasing personal knowledge at the same time.

Last week we reviewed the possibilities of what occurs with tired teams, this week we’ll engage in the exercise of NBA squads with no days off all the way to three or days between games for the 2009-10 campaign. As one might expect, teams with roughly 24 hours between games don’t fare well and are generally a losing proposition, though exceptions do exist. It’s a mixed bag for clubs with a day or ... read more
In the late 1990’s, a person I had known for a number years had told me about a method of betting college and professional basketball that he used as part of his way of picking games. His reasoning was sound; though I’d never taken the time to go on a fact finding mission to see if what he was saying was true.
Over the years I never forgot he told me and would use his methodology as one la ... read more

3Daily Winners Release Times
As opposed to most services, Doug Upstone believes in being through. His idea is not to be a marketing guru, rather a quality sports bettor that be depended on for winners. His plays will be released 2-3 hours before first game or if day games are listed, 1-2 hours for those games specifically. His process is time consuming and he checks with his syndicate partners to make certain he hasn't missed something that would benefit him and you to win.

4 Star - Three to Five a year
3 Star - Above Average selection

All Baseball plays are one unit plays because of money line or run line aspects. Anything above that invloves too much risk to the bettor.
3Daily Winners Money Management
During baseball and basketball seasons, never bet more seven percent of bankroll in any given day, no matter how good it looks. Better to wager five percent on a single game you feel almost 100 percent about winning, than five games you feel you have a 55-65 percent or better chance to win. Football, because of its nature is mostly condensed into two days, thus going up to 10 percent is reasonable, if you must, just not recommended.
Once you have increased original bankroll 35 percent, it is reasonable to increase the size of your wagers. If you have taken a $2,000 bankroll to $3,077, not wagering more than seven percent a day, it is wise to up your bets since you have proven you are wagering smartly and effectively, just keep within same percentile range, using more cash to deal with. If you cool off and lose half of what you gained, take profit, put aside (as job well done) and return to original bankroll.
If you lose 35 percent of bankroll ($700), readjust betting to methods to no more than five percent of new bankroll ($1300 in this case) and stay there until you start winning consistently and are back to original bankroll.
