I usually play between 2-5 games per day in all major sports. I rate my normal plays from 1-4 with 4 being my strongest play of the day. My rare GOM and GOY plays are rated a little higher, and I release one 10* GOY in each sport!
Based on this rating system, money management is very important. It is very important to set a unit value and stick to it.

Chris James Sports Release Times
My selections are normally sent out around 5:00 to 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time during the week unless there are early games. It is usually 1-2 hours prior to the first game of the day! I like to make sure that I have all the up to the minute information on the games regarding starting line-ups, pitching changes, injury reports, weather, umpires/referees, etc. I like to make sure I have all the facts before releasing any selection!
Chris James Sports Rating System
My normal plays are rated from 1-4 units. My Game of Week and Game of Month plays are normally rated 4 and 5 units. My Game of Year plays are usually rated 5 and 6 units. I also release one 10* Game of the Year in each sport, sometimes I will release one during the regular season, and one 10* Game of the Year in the post season if the situation calls for it!
Chris James Sports Money Management
Money management is very important! It is critical to set a unit value and stick to it! Creat a unit value based on your bankroll! What can you afford to wager per unit? For example, if you could afford to wager $100/unit then you would use that amount based on my releases. If I release a 2* play, then the wager should be $200. If I release a 4* play, then the wager should be $400 and so forth. This is very critical to being profitable over the long run! You can not make money betting the $100 on the 1* play, but seeing a 4* play and betting $1000. At that point, the rating system is not working in your advantage! Set a unit value and stick to it and you will show a profit over a long period of time! This is not a sprint, it's a marathon!
